At FreshOn Wellness, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship nationwide across New Zealand.

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Rural delivery: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from Fresh On Kendall.

  • Orders are usually ready within 24 hours
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or high demand periods. FreshOn Wellness is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at support@freshonwellness.co.nz within 5 days of expected delivery, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
